Welcome to our beautiful and well-appointed holiday apartment. It combines modern design with a welcoming atmosphere. At 55 square meters, it is ideal for couples or solo travelers who value quality and a tasteful ambiance.

The apartment has a separate entrance on the north side of our house. Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming entrance area with ample space for clothing and luggage.
The adjoining bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 180cm wide box spring bed, which, together with the pleasant room design, ensures relaxing nights.

After the entrance area, you will pass the high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette, which includes everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven and an induction hob.

The modern bathroom offers both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Through the kitchen area with a small seating area, you enter the large, bright living and dining room with a cozy seating area with smart TV and a large dining table by the floor-to-ceiling window.

The highlight is the large, sunny balcony, which adjoins the dining room to the south. Here you can relax, have breakfast, or end your day in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset.
